Hi my name is Megan Hopkins and I am a Broadcast Journalism student. This is my first podcast to be recorded so far. I am very interested in being a Sports Broadcaster and I am on a varsity badminton team as well as play a few other sports such as Hockey, Ringette, Tennis, and Slo-Pitch. So I decided to do my podcast on the New York Yankees and how they won the world series. I have been a Yankees fan for as long as I can remember. However I did cheer for the BlueJays only one year when John Olerud was on the team. My favorite players are Derek Jeter and Jorge Posada. Please enjoy my podcast!
